Direct Investments
A pipeline of pre-qualified assets and deals in our core markets combined with the partner level PE fund management experience of a number of our associates enables us to provide direct investment opportunities to institutions and family offices. Once investment criteria are fully established we will present opportunities that fit and will manage those assets in return for a management and performance fee. For prospective LP’s in our seed funds this provides greater oversight of the investment decision making process and reduces fees, an efficient way to “test drive” a new manager. Depending on the size of the asset we will also offer co-investment rights to investors.
